My life is a beautiful disaster of Detroit potholes, blisters from ill-advised cardio, and a legally binding blood-contract with a billionaire vampire.

Oh, and I have a "houseguest". Her name is Faye—an Automated Supernatural Defense Companion (A.S.D.C.) hardwired into my brain. She likes to blast Britney Spears directly into my auditory cortex and give me clinical updates on my "dangerously low" dopamine levels while I'm face-planting on the sidewalk. Between her and the "Silver Coin" gang, I’m apparently Detroit’s last line of defense against things that want to eat the tourists.
